• All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling.

• All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.

• Super Car Hire – All hirers must complete the Contract of Hire Agreement, copies of which can be obtained if you contact us (our details are listed below). A booking fee of £200 is required to secure a vehicle(s) for a specified date(s). The booking fee will form part of the hire quote, and will reduce the final bill accordingly. A refund of the booking fee is made if the vehicle(s) or date(s) is (are) unavailable. All drivers must be over the minimum age limit and under 70 years of age and must have held a valid licence for at least two years, which must be presented at the time of rental. Certain endorsements may not be accepted, please check when making your reservation. Failure to meet these conditions will render your hire void, and no refunds will be made unless we agree. Liability for each and every accident involving any damage to, or loss of the vehicle, and/or 3rd party vehicle during the rental period depends on the insurance excess for that vehicle. N.B. Conditions apply. There is a charge for each additional driver. His/her licence must be seen at the commencement of hire. No other person may drive the vehicle. There are no refunds in the event of the hire being terminated early. We may suggest that the vehicle is booked only for the period required. If the hirer wishes to extend the rental, he/she must advise the rental agent. Failure to do this may result in the withdrawal of insurance cover. To drive without insurance in illegal. All hires are taken on a 24 hour basis. Vehicles returned later than the time stated on the rental agreement will be charged accordingly. The cost of petrol/diesel is not included in the rates. Vehicles are supplied with an adequate amount of petrol and should be returned with a similar quantity. Petrol/diesel required to refill cars to this level will incur a surcharge. Vehicles must not leave mainland Britain. We reserve the right to levy an administration charge of £50 + VAT for the processing of any traffic violations incurred during a hire period. If you cancel within 72 hours of the hire date then we require 50% of the hire charge. If the hire is cancelled within 48 hours then a 75% charge will be taken. If the hire is cancelled either 24 hours or on the day the hire is due to take place then a 100% charge will be taken.

• Promotional Cars, Self Apply Car Stickers – All prices are inclusive of postage and packaging. Payment will need to be made once a design has been proofed and confirmed by the customer and prices have been agreed. Refunds will not be made following this point, unless the goods or services are not as described or as requested.

• Ads on Cars, Super Courtesy Cars – No payments are taken until contracts of agreement are signed by all relevant parties. All terms and conditions are set in these documents. For a copy of the contracts please contact us on the details listed below. These sections of the website are specifically tailored to deal with enquires only (please see our privacy policy below).

• Mobiles Phones & Gadget Insurance, E Shop, Affiliates – Please refer to the specific websites for their policies on refunds, privacy and term and conditions.

• We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Amex, and Visa Delta. Account facilities are available to UK Companies - please ask for details.

• We reserve the right to vary the rates and conditions and to refuse and terminate any requests without giving prior reason or notice with full refunds.
